Sauteed Tofu Oyster Sauce

Ingredient

  • 2 tofu boards, cut
  • 200 gr all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 pieces of curly red chili
  • 6 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 1 scallion
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Royco Mushroom Broth
  • 1 tsp tapioca flour + water, dissolve
  • Sugar, salt and ground pepper to taste.

How to make

  • 1. Coat the tofu with all-purpose flour, fry until browned. Lift and drain.
  • 2. Saute garlic until fragrant, add cayenne pepper, curly chili, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, spring onion, Royco Mushroom Broth, sugar and salt, mix well.
  • 3. Enter the fried tofu, stir quickly and ready to serve.
