Sauteed Oyong Ebi

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of oyong
  • 1 tbsp ebi soaked in hot water
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 pieces bawmer slices
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lb bay leaf
  • 2 cm. geprek galangal
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • 1. Saute the onion, galangal, bay leaf, chili until fragrant. Add ebi, stir fry for a while.
  • 2. Enter the oyong, tomatoes and spices, mix well.
  • 3. Pour a little water and cook until cooked
