Sauteed Oyong Ebi
Ingredients
- 1 piece of oyong
- 1 tbsp ebi soaked in hot water
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 pieces bawmer slices
- 2 red chilies
- 1 tomato
- 1 lb bay leaf
- 2 cm. geprek galangal
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Saute the onion, galangal, bay leaf, chili until fragrant. Add ebi, stir fry for a while.
- 2. Enter the oyong, tomatoes and spices, mix well.
- 3. Pour a little water and cook until cooked
