Ingredient

  • 150gr Young Mango
  • 1 sachet of sambal terasi abc
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Spice

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pecan
  • 6 pieces of red curly chili

How to cook
