Ingredient

  • 250 gr ground beef
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 10 pcs young corn
  • 1 pc broccoli, lunch
  • 4 pcs white onion
  • 1/2 lb bwg bombay
  • 150 ml of water/to taste

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp English KCP / Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp salty kcp
  • 3 tbsp sweet kcp
  • Pepper

How to Cook

  • 1. Cut all the vegetables, then boil briefly until cooked, set aside
  • 2. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, add the meat, stir-fry until it changes color
  • 3. Add the sauce, mix well, add water, cook for a while until the meat is tender and absorbed, add the vegetables, mix well, serve
  • Note: the vegetables are boiled separately so that the color remains beautiful when it is cooked
