Ingredients

  • 500 gr Mackerel
  • 1 key orange/lime
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 1 lb turmeric leaves
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock

Refined Material

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 5 pcs red curly chili
  • 5 pcs red chili
  • 2 cm roasted turmeric

How to make

  • 1. Puree the ingredients using Magic Chopper CH200 @mitochiba.id
  • 2. Coat the fish with key/lime juice, fry until browned, remove and drain.
  • 3. Saute the ground spices until the oil breaks, add the lime leaves and turmeric leaves.
  • 4. Add a solution of tamarind water, brown sugar, salt and mushroom broth, mix well. Give some water.
  • 5. Enter the fried mackerel stir well and ready to serve.
