Watercress Soup
Ingredient
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 4 cloves bawput geprek
- Powdered broth
- Salt, pepper
- 1 liter of water
Meat Ball Ingredients
- 100gr ground beef
- 5 large prawns coarsely chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp tapioca
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt, pepper
Method
- 1. Saute garlic until fragrant. Pouring water. Let it boil
- 2. Enter the meatball balls, cook until they float.
- 3. Add the lettuce and spices. Cook until well done
