Shrimp With Padang Sauce

Ingredient

  • 300 gr fresh shrimp, boil briefly until it changes color
  • 1/2 tbs sweet corn, cut into cooked pieces
  • 1/2 pc Onion, sliced
  • 1 pc Tomato, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cm Ginger, crushed
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 250 ml Water
  • Salt to taste, mushroom broth and sugar
  • 1 tg scallion, sliced

Ground spices

  • 6 pcs Shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 pcs red chili

How to make

  • 1. Heat the oil and fry the ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Add onions, ginger and tomatoes and stir until wilted.
  • 2. Pour in the water, after boiling add the sauces, salt, mushroom broth and sugar, mix well.
  • 3. Enter the shrimp and corn, cook until the spices absorb and adjust the taste.
  • 4. Sprinkle with spring onions, ready to serve.
