  • 1 tsp baking powder

How to make

  • -Mix the marinade ingredients, then dip the chicken satay into the marinated water
  • -Store in the refrigerator to infuse about 30 minutes
  • Mix the flour ingredients, take 5 tablespoons, set aside then mix with the cold marinated chicken dip
  • - Dip the chicken satay into the dry flour, then put it in the wet flour, then put it in the dry again and roll it until it sticks a lot
