Ingredient

  • 500 gr skinless chicken breast fillet
  • Wet yellow noodles
  • 10 cloves of white bw
  • 10 cloves of red bw
  • 50 gr ebi (roasted dried shrimp)
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 8 tbsp sweet soy sauce (according to taste)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chicken broth
  • 4 lbs lime leaves
  • 3 lbs bay leaf

  • Bean sprouts
  • Lime

  • Sambel (boiled cayenne pepper with white bw .. finely ground)

How to make

  • 1. Wash the chicken and cut it into cubes, set aside
  • 2. Puree the white bw and red bw
  • 3. Heat a little water until it really boils, then add the ground spices, cook until fragrant, then add the ebi, lime leaves and bay leaf.. stir. Cook until the spices are cooked
  • 4. Enter the chicken pieces, stir well, wait until the chicken changes color
  • 5. Enter the chicken broth, cook until it boils, then add the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, salt, and powdered broth. with water, mix well, adjust the consistency.
  • 6. Arrange in a bowl, noodles, bean sprouts, and kale. Flush with chicken gravy sprinkle with fried onions.. serve
