Ijo Chili Beef Fried Rice
Beef Fried Rice Ingredients
- 2 plates of cold white rice
- 100 grams of beef, thinly sliced
- (¼ tsp baking powder tsp baking soda)
- 5 large green chilies, chopped
- A little sweet soy sauce
- Powdered broth to taste
- Salt to taste
- Right amount of oil
Ground spices
- 6 large green chilies
- 10 pieces of green chili
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
How to Make Beef Fried Rice
- 1. Mix the meat with baking powder and baking soda.. Squeeze until smooth.. Let stand 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly, set aside
- 2. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices until fragrant, then add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color
- 3. Cook the meat over low heat until cooked, then add the green chilies and stir-fry again until wilted
- 4. Enter the white rice, stir until smooth.. Then add the powdered broth, salt, and sweet soy sauce.. Stir until evenly distributed
- 5. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Remove and serve with pickles and fried eggs
