Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Broccoli
  • Chinese cabbage
  • daughter
  • Mushroom
  • Button mushrooms
  • 100gr chicken

Spice

  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cm geprek ginger
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (can't skip)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cornstarch solution

Method

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and ginger. Once fragrant, add the chicken. Saute until pale. Then add carrots and mushrooms, cook until half cooked
  • 2. Add the remaining vegetables. Add seasoning except sesame oil. Stir
  • 3. Pour half the stir-fry water, after boiling thicken with cornstarch solution. Add sesame oil
  • 4. Lift after popping.
