Fried Milkfish With Basil Basil
Ingredients
- 2 milkfish
- 1 lime
Marinated Seasoning
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Salt
- Broth powder if you like
Sambal Ingredients
- 5 red chilies
- 5 cayenne
- 1 tomato
- 4 bawmer
- 1 garlic
- 1 block of terrace
- 1 handful of basil
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Broth powder if you like
Method
- 1. Cut the fish 1/2 cm thick so that the bones are crushed. Coat fish with lime, leave for 15 minutes. Wash. Then marinate with spices, leave 30 minutes.
- 2. Fry the fish in hot oil until cooked
- 3. Sambal: fry the chili duo and the onion and tomato duo. Then pulverize with shrimp paste, gulmer, salt. Add basil, mix well
- 4. Serve the sambal with fried fish.
