Ingredients

  • 2 milkfish
  • 1 lime

Marinated Seasoning

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt
  • Broth powder if you like

Sambal Ingredients

  • 5 red chilies
  • 5 cayenne
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 bawmer
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 block of terrace
  • 1 handful of basil
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Broth powder if you like

Method

  • 1. Cut the fish 1/2 cm thick so that the bones are crushed. Coat fish with lime, leave for 15 minutes. Wash. Then marinate with spices, leave 30 minutes.
  • 2. Fry the fish in hot oil until cooked
  • 3. Sambal: fry the chili duo and the onion and tomato duo. Then pulverize with shrimp paste, gulmer, salt. Add basil, mix well
  • 4. Serve the sambal with fried fish.
