Vermicelli Croquettes

vermicelli croquettes

Leather

  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 65 ml liquid milk
  • 50 gr flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sugar, salt, pepper powder to taste

Material contents

  • 1 piece of vermicelli @tanamjagung.id (brewed with hot water for a while)
  • 1 carrot, cut into small dice
  • 2 sausages, cut into 2
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 pieces of garlic, puree
  • 1/2 an onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Salt to taste (me: 1/4 tsp because I use soy sauce)

Upholstery

  • Egg white to taste
  • Bread crumbs

A. How to make the filling

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and onions until wilted and fragrant. Add carrots and sausage, stir fry until both are wilted
  • 2. Enter the vermicelli @tanamjagung.id
  • 3. Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper powder and mix well
  • 4. Add the scallions and salt, mix well, cook the vermicelli until cooked
  • 5. Taste correction, set aside

B. How to Make Croquette Skin

  • 1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces then fry until cooked. Puree while hot, add a little salt and pepper, mix well. Set aside.
  • 2. Enter liquid milk and margarine in a saucepan, cook until margarine melts and boils, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the flour and stir until the flour is cooked and the dough is smooth. Lift. Enter it into the potato mixture. Mix well by hand. Enter the egg yolk. Stir until all is smooth. Weigh dough skin 50 gr
  • 5. Take the skin dough flatten, give the filling, then form an oval
  • 6. Dip the dough into the egg white then into the breadcrumbs. Do it to the end. Store briefly in the refrigerator.
  • 7. Heat the oil, fry the croquettes until golden brown.
  • This recipe makes about 7-8 croquettes
