Ingredient

  • 225 gr fettuccine,
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Boil until aldente, drain and set aside

Tempe Ball Ingredients

  • 200 gr tempeh
  • 1 egg
  • tsp salt
  • tsp coriander
  • tsp pepper
  • Mix all ingredients, then form balls and fry until browned, remove and drain.

Curry Sauce Ingredients

  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 350 ml of water

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 curly red chilies
  • 1 cm turmeric, roasted
  • 1 cm ginger
  • tbsp coriander

Other Ingredients

  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1 cm cinnamon
  • tsp curry powder
  • Salt, sugar to taste

How to make

  • 1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, then add all the other ingredients. Cook for a while
  • 2. Enter the tempeh balls, mix well
  • 3. Pour water, then cook again until absorbed. Add salt, sugar, stir again
  • 4. Add coconut milk, stir briefly, finally add fettuccine, stir again for a while, taste correction
  • 5. Turn off the heat, ready to serve
