Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Separate the sardines from the sauce, clean the fish from the seasoning with water. Drain well
2. Heat cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add lemon grass, galangal & lime leaves, stir until the spices are cooked
3. Pour water, cook until boiling. Add coconut milk, green chilies, red chilies, cayenne pepper, cook until boiling over low heat while stirring. Add salt, sugar & mushroom broth, mix well. Correct taste
5. Enter the sardines, cook until the spices are absorbed & the sauce thickens. Finally add the tomatoes & basil leaves, let the tomatoes wilt. Remove
