Ingredient

  • 250 gr squid (approximately)
  • Just enough all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg omega by @barokah_boga_beku

Minced Seasoning2

  • Garlic 1 Cob
  • Cayenne pepper 1 handheld adult male
  • 2 stalks of onion
  • Salt 2 pinch of adult men's hands
  • Sugar tbsp
  • Mushroom broth, just pour

Method

  • 1. Wash the squid, then cut into 2
  • 2. Make a flour dough from all-purpose flour and 1 egg, stir until well blended
  • 3. Put the squid in the wet flour mixture and let it rest for 20 minutes, then continue in the dry flour
  • 4. Fry until cooked, set aside
  • 5. Saute the chopped spices, add salt, sugar and mushroom stock until cooked
  • 6. Serve the spices over the fried squid and serve.
