Ingredient

  • Sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth to taste

How to make

  • 1. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, add the chicken fillet. Cook until it changes color.
  • 2. Pour enough water, add carrots, potatoes, sugar, salt, pepper and stock powder to taste, cook until the ingredients are soft and cooked.
  • 3. Enter the leek and flour, stir until thickened and cooked, remove and let cool.
  • 4. Take one piece of gabin, give enough stuffing, cover with gabin again, trim.
  • 5. Dip the gabin in the coating, fry until golden brown, remove and ready to serve.
