Ingredient

  • 1 sheet of flattened noodles @mibirddara
  • 1 egg
  • Japanese tofu cut into pieces
  • 150 gr minced meat
  • 3 pcs red bird's eye chili
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sugar and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp sago flour

Mixed Sauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp wine (optional)
  • Cornstarch solution

Method

  • 1. Marinate the meat with oyster sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper and sago flour for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Boil the flat noodles until cooked, set aside, add to the meat marinade, stir until well mixed.
  • 3. Arrange Japanese Tofu in a circle on a plate like the picture above then arrange the pieces of tofu.
  • 4. Steam or steam on high heat for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  • 4. Crack an egg in the middle, can be steamed again until the egg is cooked (I like half-boiled eggs)
  • 5. Heat a skillet to cook the mixed sauce then pour the sauce over the tofu.
  • 6. Sprinkle cayenne pepper and spring onions ready to serve.
