Fettucine Bolognese Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Beef Ribs Sausages from @sosisbigfarm
  • 150 gr fettuccine
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 piece of garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • Margarine 1 tbsp
  • enough oil

How to Make Fettucine Bolognese

  • 1. Bake the sausage briefly with a little oil, alternating the sausage. Set aside, cut.
  • 2. Bring the water to a boil, add the fettuccine and add 1 tsp of salt. Cook until aldente. Lift and drain. Add a little oil so it doesn't stick.
  • 3. Heat oil and margarine, add onions and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sausage and mix well.
  • 4. Add oregano, mix well. Add milk and tomato sauce. Stir well. Add pepper, salt, sugar and mushroom broth.
  • 5. Then cook until slightly thickened and reduced. Add fettuccine mix well.
  • 6. Arrange fettuccine and sausage on a serving plate and top with cheese (I ordered). Ready to be served.
