Japanese Croquettes Bahan

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 200gr ground beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 carrot cut into small dice
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp munjung flour

Coating Material

  • 1 egg beaten off
  • Bread crumbs to taste

How to Make Japanese Croquettes

  • 1. Fry/boil the potatoes until cooked. Puree
  • 2. Mix the potatoes with all the ingredients above. Then oval shape
  • 3. Dip in egg then bread crumbs. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the bread crumbs to stick.
  • 4. Fry until cooked.

Tips

  • Besides oyster sauce, you can use BBQ sauce / teriyaki sauce / tonkatsu sauce / powdered broth
  • You can also use chicken/shrimp instead of beef
