Ingredient

  • 250 grams of squid
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 pack Saori oyster sauce
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 HR Margarine

Seasoning Iris

  • 2 cloves bamer
  • 3 cloves baput
  • 1/2 onion
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cm ginger

Method

  • 1. Clean the squid, remove the ink, set aside
  • 2. Saute the spices until the aroma is fragrant, add the sauce, Saori, salt, and sugar, stir until the spices are evenly distributed.
  • 3. then enter the squid, while stirring "wait a few minutes.
  • 4. Squid with oyster sauce is ready to be served.
