Vegetable Pliek-u
Pliek-u Vegetable Ingredients
- Fern leaves, cassava leaves, melinjo leaves, lime leaves, curry leaves of young parts, all sliced into small pieces
- Labuh, young papaya thinly sliced
- cut long beans
- Purple eggplant/green eggplant, cut into small pieces
- 1 piece kejombrang sliced

- Sliced young jackfruit, boiled to remove the sap
- 1 coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 1 box 200 ml of instant coconut milk
- 75-100 gr plik u, soak in hot water, blender with coconut milk, set aside
- 1 small piece of corn
Cemplung Seasoning
- 2 stalks lemongrass geprek
- 10 pieces of curly green chili, thinly sliced round
- Salt, sugar, mushroom/chicken broth
Ground spices
- 12 cloves of red onion
- 8 garlic
- 4 candlenuts
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- little turmeric stick
- Rawit lamb if you like spicy
How to Make Vegetable Pliek-u
- Mix the plik u spices, ground spices, lemongrass, coconut milk, mix well, in a skillet, add vegetables from hard to soft textured (corn, melinjo fruit, peanuts, papaya, pumpkin, kejombrang flowers, green chilies, eggplant, shrimp) , boiled jackfruit, long beans, finely chopped vegetables, lastly add salt, sugar, broth while correcting the taste and stirring constantly so the coconut milk doesn't break
