The main ingredient

  • 3 sausages @hanzel_id blackpepper
  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 2 cm ginger, sliced
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 300ml water
  • 1-2 tsp chicken stock powder
  • Broccoli (boiled)
  • Carrots (boiled)
  • Purple cabbage, sliced
  • Fried onions as a topping

Method of Curry

  • • Sauté the onions, garlic, ginger until fragrant, add water, cook until slightly boiling, add powdered broth, curry powder, mix well, add instant coconut milk, cook on low heat, then add salt, pepper, and sugar, taste test , cook until boiling, cooked, coconut milk absorbed. Lift.
  • • Wash the frankfurter blackpepper sausage, slice the top, saute until cooked, remove and set aside.

Presentation

  • Arrange in a container, boiled noodles, @hanzel_id sausage, vegetables, add gravy, and sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve while warm
