Ingredients Scrambled Egg With Cheese A la 5 Star Hotel

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp UHT full cream milk
  • Pepper powder, a pinch
  • Powdered mushroom broth, a pinch
  • 1 tbsp salted butter/margarine

How to Make Scrambled Egg With Cheese in the Style of a 5 Star Hotel

  • 1. Beat eggs & pepper until well blended.
  • 2. Heat butter, add eggs, cheese & milk. Stir with a spatula until slightly lumpy.
  • 3. After almost dry turn off the stove, keep stirring the eggs while collecting the eggs in the middle of the pan & form a square.
  • 4. Serve while hot.

Note

  • Why is the milk not mixed with the egg at the beginning? Because adding milk later makes the eggs creamier in my opinion.
  • Why do you have to keep stirring with a spatula? Because so that the eggs do not dry quickly at the bottom.
  • And you have to turn off the stove when the eggs are still a bit wet, because that's the key to soft scrambled eggs!!!
