Crispy Chicken Ingredients

  • - 1 egg
  • – 50ml water

How to Make Crispy Chicken

  • - Wash the chicken, then drain
  • – Puree the garlic, salt
  • - Coat the chicken until smooth, then close the refrigerator, min. 2-3 hours
  • – Mix flour+maizena+baput powder+baking powder+pepper+broth powder+salt mix well
  • - Then divide the 2 flour mixture evenly
  • – One part becomes a wet dough mixed with 1 egg + water, mix well
  • - Then remove the chicken from the refrigerator
  • - dry with kitchen tissue
  • - put the chicken into the wet mixture then into the dry mixture while pinching and pressing until everything sticks
  • - Fry the chicken in hot oil (the chicken is submerged in the oil, I used a sauce pan)
  • – reduce the fire
  • - Fry until cooked and golden brown skin
  • - set it aside, let's make the bbq sauce first

Barbeque Sauce Ingredients

  • – 10 tbsp instant barbecue sauce
  • – 200ml water
  • – 1/4 tsp salt
  • – 1/4 tsp broth powder
  • – 1 Bombay, sliced ​​2
  • – 1 large clove, finely chopped
  • – 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • – 1 tbsp black pepper
  • (It's not spicy, because it's all for the kids, if you want it spicy, you can add chili powder, replace the tomato sauce with chili sauce)

How to Make Sauce

  • - saute garlic with oil until fragrant, add the sauteed onions
  • - Enter all the rest of the ingredients, stir until thickened
  • - add the crispy chicken, mix well
  • - ready to be served with cheese sauce and chili sauce
