Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Salt sugar to taste

Grilled Seasoning

  • 5 big chilies
  • 5 small chilies
  • 5 red onions
  • 4 garlics
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method

  • 1. Saute the roasted spices until fragrant, add
  • 2. Add chicken, stir. Then add water until the water is submerged, salt and sugar. Cook until slightly reduced by half
  • 3. After the water has reduced a bit, grill the chicken over charcoal or grill pan
  • 4. After everything is burned, put the chicken into the spices and cook again until the spices shrink. Check the taste and serve
