Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 15 canned longan seeds (take about 1/2 can of meat)

Method: chop the shrimp or chopper half coarsely, mix with other ingredients, round with the help of 2 spoons, then fry in hot oil until browned, set aside
Pickle Ingredients
200 gr cucumber
100 gr carrots
Method: thin cucumber pot / matchstick length, remove seeds, thin carrot pot / matchstick length, mix cucumber and carrots, season with 3 tablespoons sugar, a little salt, 1 tablespoon vinegar, let stand overnight (at least 1 hour), when you want to cook, squeeze the cucumber water and carrots, set aside the water later mixed into cooking
How to Cook Sweet and Sour
1. Saute onion pth and onions until fragrant, add bell pepper and pineapple, saute for a while, add tomato sauce, plum sauce, stock powder and the rest of the water from the carrot cucumber pickle, add a little water, let it boil for a while
2. Enter the prawn balls, quail eggs and longan, cook for a while, if the water is not enough, add water, let it boil, add the cornstarch solution, stir to test the taste, if it is not sweet/salty, you can add sugar/salt, if it is, turn off the heat.
3. Enter the pickled cucumber and carrots, stir and ready to serve
