Paprika Sauteed Chicken Ingredients
- 250gr chicken breast fillet, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2 scallions sliced
- 1/2 onion, big dice
- 3 garlic, chopped
Chicken Marinade Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (I didn't use it because there wasn't any)
- 1/2 tsp stock powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp meizena flour
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp angciu (I don't use it)
- 1.5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 tbsp water
How to Make Paprika Sauteed Chicken
- mix the chicken with the marinade, set aside (I let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes)
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, set aside
- Heat a little oil, add the marinated chicken, stir-fry until golden brown
- pick up chicken
- Use the remaining oil to fry the chicken, add the garlic, onion, paprika, stir-fry until fragrant
- add the sauce, mix well
- put the chicken back in
- Cook briefly until absorbed, sprinkle with spring onions, stir briefly
