Ginger Team Chicken
Ingredient
- 1 young free-range chicken, cut into 12 parts
- 1/2-1 tsp salt (I use 1 tsp sea salt)
- Vetsin/micin a little if you want to use
- Thumb of ginger, sliced
- 100 ml angciu/shaoxing rice wine
- 50 ml water
How to Cook
- 1. Mix chicken, salt, sliced ginger, squeeze for a while, flush with angciu and then water, mix well, arrange the rapo in a bowl
- 2. Heat the steamer, steam for 1 hour over medium heat, remove and serve warm
