  • 125 gr medium protein flour
  • 15 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml coconut milk or whole milk
  • 200 ml water
  • A little oil for greasing the pan

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved and then filter it
  • 2. Prepare a frying pan and heat it, then apply a little oil. Pour 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture. Flatten and turn when it has changed color.
  • 6. Cook until the color changes then remove. And set aside until the dough runs out
  • 1. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add chicken, after chicken changes color, add vegetables, mix well.
  • 2. Pour in milk, add pepper, nutmeg, powdered salt, cook until boiling. Lift.
  • 3. Enter the macaroni and eggs while stirring well.
  • 4. Take 2 tablespoons of stuffed dough and place it on 1 sheet of omelette and roll it up. Do it until all the ingredients run out. And serve with bottled sauce.

  • 1 small size onion
  • 4 pieces of garlic
