Ingredient

  • 200 gr rice
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • 1/3 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 100 gr chicken meat, cut into squares/thin slices
  • 20 gr peas (me: use frozen)
  • 20 g carrots, cut into small squares
  • 20 g yellow bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 20 g red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/3 tsp pepper

Sauce Mix

  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp saoxing wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

How to make

  • 1. Turn on the "Rice" Mini Rice Cooker R11 @mito.id mode for 5 min. Add butter, white onion and grated ginger. Close the lid and wait until it smells good and steam comes out of the lid.
  • 2. Open the lid of the rice cooker, stir, then add the chicken. Cover again and let it cook until the meat changes color. Open the lid of the rice cooker and mix well.
  • 3. Enter the sauce mixture, pour the rice, mix well. Pour water, add salt, sugar, mushroom broth and pepper, mix well.
  • 4. Add vegetables. Cover the rice cooker and let it cook until done.
