Ingredients

  • 100 gr boiled scallops
  • 3 bunches of kale

Spices

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pcs red chili
  • 5 pcs red curly chili

Other Seasonings

  • tsp salt
  • tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 block of shrimp paste (4 g)
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

Method

  • 1. Pick kangkung then wash clean
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until cooked, add the shrimp paste and mix well
  • 3. Then add the scallops, season with salt, sugar, mushroom broth and sweet soy sauce, mix well
  • 4. Give enough water and enter the kale and cook until the kale is soft
  • 5. Correct the taste and ready to lift
