Ingredients

  • 1 pack of instant noodles, boiled until cooked, drained and cut into 2
  • 50 gr ground chicken
  • 50 gr Shrimp, peeled & finely chopped
  • 1 pc Carrot (60gr), cut into small cubes, boil until soft & drain
  • 25 gr Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 pc onion medium size, finely chopped
  • 30 gr medium protein flour
  • 185 ml liquid milk
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp Margarine for frying
  • The oil for frying

Coating Material

  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 gr Panir flour

Complementary

  • Mayonnaise and bottled chili

How to make

  • 1. Heat margarine, saute onions until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the ground chicken, stir until it changes color
  • 3. Enter the chopped shrimp, stir until the shrimp changes color
  • 4. Reduce the heat, then add the flour, stir until grainy. Add the liquid milk little by little while continuing to stir until smooth.
  • 5. Add carrots, ground pepper, nutmeg powder, salt and sugar, mix well. Add grated cheese and noodles, mix well. Taste correction, remove & cool
  • 6. Take a little dough, form into balls and then roll in breadcrumbs, dip in egg white and roll again in breadcrumbs. Do it until the dough runs out. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes, so that the breadcrumbs stick perfectly.
  • 7. Heat the cooking oil over medium heat, add the noodle balls. Cook until golden. Lift and drain.
  • Add the mayonnaise topping on top, serve the Mie Balls while warm, more delicious with bottled chili sauce.
