Ingredients

  • 2 kg of free-range chicken cut to taste
  • 8 pcs tamarind patikala, crushed
  • 4 cm galangal crushed
  • 5 stalks spring onions, cut long
  • 4 stalks of celery leaves conclude
  • 5 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 3 pcs tomatoes cut into pieces
  • 1/2 pcs grated coconut, if you want thick, you can use 1 pcs
  • 1 kg potato cut 4
  • 6 bay leaves
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 100 gr chili (cayenne red chili)
  • 15 cloves of red onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 8 bits of candlenut
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 4 cm ginger
  • 3 pcs turmeric uk. thumbs up

The method

  • 1. Wash the chicken pieces and drain
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the bay leaf, lemongrass, galangal, tamarind patikala, stir well
  • 3. Enter the chicken pieces, stir until the chicken changes color. Pour enough water to cook until half cooked.
  • 4. Enter the coconut milk, stir the potatoes so that the coconut milk doesn't break. Add salt, mushroom broth, scallions, celery leaves, mix well
  • 5. Cook until the chicken is cooked/tender. Taste correction, lift ready to serve
