Shrimp Tekwan Ingredients

  • 150gr peeled prawns
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50ml ice cold water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 150gr sago flour

  • Enough water
  • Salt, stock powder, pepper to taste

  • Jicama (sliced ​​long)

How to Make Shrimp Tekwan

  • 1. make the tekwan seeds: puree the shrimp, garlic, salt, powdered broth and Chopper's ice water until smooth. Then add the Chopper's egg whites until everything is well mixed.
  • 2. Transfer to a container, then enter the sago flour little by little while stirring using a spatula until smooth.
  • 3. Bring the water to a boil, form a tekwan with a spoon and add it to the boiling water. Cook until it floats. Raise set aside
  • 4. Tekwan sauce: roast the shrimp heads until they change color and smell good. Then add boiling water until it boils.
  • 5. Add in the finely chopped onion and mix well. Then add salt, powdered stock, pepper, jicama, ear mushrooms, and tekwan seeds. Cook until well done.
  • 6. prepare a bowl containing vermicelli/vermicelli then add the tekwan sauce. Serve with other complementary ingredients. good luck
