tbsp rice flour
Enough water
Seasoning Iris
3 cloves garlic, chopped
clove of onion
1 pc red chili
Other Seasonings
tsp salt (you can skip it)
tsp mushroom broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used
How to Cook Crispy Chicken with Honey Sauce
1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade, let it sit for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator
2. After that, make the chicken dip by mixing the all-purpose flour and rice flour with enough water. Then dip the chicken in the wet flour mixture and roll it in the dry rice flour
3. Fry the chicken until cooked, marked with a brown color, drain
4. Now make the sauce, stir-fry the sliced spices until cooked, add the various sauces and soy sauce, give enough water, mix well. Taste correction (if you have used soy sauce, you can skip the salt)
5. Enter the fried chicken into the sauce, stir evenly. The dish is ready to be served and sprinkled with toasted sesame
