Ingredient

  • •500gr gizzard liver. (Cut to taste)
  • Adequate banana leaves

Ground spices

  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 10 cloves of red onion
  • 4 fried pecans
  • 1 tbsp round coriander
  • 4 red chilies
  • 10 pieces of chili
  • (Chili according to taste)

Other Seasonings

  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 6 star fruit wuluh, cut into 2 (skip)
  • 1 pack of instant coconut milk
  • 350ml water
  • Sugar, salt, mushroom broth to taste

How to make

  • - stir-fry ground spices with lemongrass and bay leaves until fragrant
  • - add water and coconut milk, season with sugar, salt, and mushroom broth
  • - taste correction,
  • -prepare a steamer, then prepare a heat-resistant container lined with banana leaves until smooth, add the liver gizzard, tomatoes and starfruit, along with the sauce, then cover again with banana leaves to cover all surfaces
  • -steam for 30 minutes / until cooked
  • -ready to be served
