Ingredients

  • 1 piece of dry noodles
  • 1 egg
  • 6 meatballs, cut into 2
  • Adequate vegetables (I use Ceisin)
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • To taste chili, can be sliced, can be whole
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (or to taste)
  • 200 ml water (or to taste)

Ground spices

  • 2 stalks of candlenut
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 pcs garlic

How to make

  • 1. Boil the noodles until cooked, drain
  • 2. Saute ground spices until cooked and fragrant
  • 3. Enter the meatballs, stir fry for a while
  • 4. Add water, stir until it boils
  • 5. Enter the egg, leave it for a while
  • 6. Add salt, chili sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well
  • 7. Add vegetables, mix well. Cook until cooked
  • 8. Serve
  • Nb: the stuffing can be various, yeah, chicken, sausage, tripe, etc. can be great.. I only use meatballs because when there is stock of meatballs at home
