Ingredient

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • Shredded chicken 1/2 chopped breast (leftover grilled chicken)
  • 2 scallions sliced
  • 4 cloves of sauteed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • Spring roll skin to taste (15 sheets)

Step

  • 1. Beat eggs, garlic, and seasoning powder evenly.
  • 2. Add the chicken and spring onions, mix well
  • 3. Wrap it like a spring roll skin envelope and glue it with water.
  • 4. Filling size is 1 tbsp
  • 5. Fry in medium oil until stiff. (Inspired video martabak mini on Wilgoz Channel )
