Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, large size, washed

  • 2 cayenne pepper
  • Ginger 1 cm
  • Kencur 1 cm
  • 1 lemongrass, thinly sliced
  • A pinch of shrimp paste

How to Make Betutu
