Ingredients

  • ️5 duck eggs
  • ️100 ml thick coconut milk
  • ️500 ml of water

Spice

  • ️5 cloves of red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ️3 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • ️ 1 segment of galangal (geprek)
  • ️1 lemongrass stalk (geprek)
  • ️ 1 piece of ginger (geprek)
  • ️ 2 bay leaves
  • ️Salt, pepper, sugar to taste

How to make

  • 1. Boil the water until it boils, then add all the spices except salt, pepper, sugar, boil for a while
  • 2. Reduce the heat, start to break the eggs one by one and put them directly into the pan. Let the eggs cook first, do not stir.
  • 3. After the eggs are cooked enough, add the coconut milk, stir until smooth. Cook a few moments
  • 4. Finally add salt, sugar and pepper. Taste correction. After it's cooked, take it out and it's ready to be served
