Ingredient

  • 1/2 tsp of chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 stalk lemongrass uk. being crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lb lime leaves
  • 30 ml thick coconut milk
  • Salt, mushroom broth, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 7 pcs curly red chili
  • 5 pcs cayenne pepper
  • 3 sticks of candlenut
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic

The method

  • 1. Wash the cabbage pieces and drain. set aside
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the bay leaves, oranges, lemongrass, stir well
  • 3. Pour enough water, add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, thick coconut milk, stir until it boils
  • 4. Enter the pieces of cabbage stir until wilted, taste correction. Remove when it's ripe enough. Ready to be served. Don't be too ripe, so it's still crunchy
