Beef Pindang Rice

Ingredient

  • 1/2 kg beef
  • Mlinjo leaves / So leaves to taste
  • 1200 ml water
  • 1 sachet of instant coconut milk (65 ml)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 1 tbsp Java sugar
  • 2 tsp beef stock
  • Salt to taste

𝘽𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙪 𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙞𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙠𝙖𝙣

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 7 red onions
  • 3 pecans
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment kencur
  • 1/2 tsp coriander granules
  • 2 pieces of kluwek soaked in hot water first
  • Less water

How to make

  • 1. Puree the ground spices, then stir-fry until cooked.
  • 2. Enter the cooked meat until it changes color.
  • 3. Enter the bay leaves, lime leaves, lemon grass and galangal, stir.
  • 4. Add 1200 ml of water, cook until the meat is tender, if the water is sour / reduced, you can add more.
  • 5. Add stock powder, Javanese sugar, and salt.
  • 6. Add coconut milk. Stir.
  • 7. Correction again feels.
  • 8. Finally, add the Mlinjo leaves, cook for a while, don't take too long.
  • 9. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
