5 green chilies, pierced with a fork (so they don't burst when stir-fry)

Spicy Ingredients (mix)
-1 tbsp gochujjang
-1 tbsp chili powder
-3 tablespoons corn syrup (1 tablespoon sugar)
-1 tsp sesame oil
How to make
-Heat a non-stick frying pan, cook anchovies without oil on low heat until fragrant and turn golden
- add 1 tablespoon oil and add chili, cook until the fish is crunchy but not burnt
- Enter the spicy seasoning just enough, if you like it spicy, you can add it then stir well, turn off the fire
-serve for banchan to eat rice
Tteokbokki Ingredients
20 pcs rice cake
2 pieces of fish cake
1 egg
Enough water
1 tbsp brown anchovy fish powder @crystalofthesea
Seasoning(mix)
1 tbsp gochujjang
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp corn syrup (1 tbsp sugar)
1/2 tsp mushroom stock (to taste)
How to Cook Tteokbokki
- Boil water until boiling, add rice cake, fish cake and seasoning. cook until the gravy is absorbed and taste test then add the anchovy fish powder mix well and serve
