Ingredient

  • 50 gr dried white anchovies @crystalofthesea
  • 5 green chilies, pierced with a fork (so they don't burst when stir-fry)
  • Right amount of oil

Spicy Ingredients (mix)

  • -1 tbsp gochujjang
  • -1 tbsp chili powder
  • -3 tablespoons corn syrup (1 tablespoon sugar)
  • -1 tsp sesame oil

How to make

  • -Heat a non-stick frying pan, cook anchovies without oil on low heat until fragrant and turn golden
  • - add 1 tablespoon oil and add chili, cook until the fish is crunchy but not burnt
  • - Enter the spicy seasoning just enough, if you like it spicy, you can add it then stir well, turn off the fire
  • -serve for banchan to eat rice

Tteokbokki Ingredients

  • 20 pcs rice cake
  • 2 pieces of fish cake
  • 1 egg
  • Enough water
  • 1 tbsp brown anchovy fish powder @crystalofthesea

Seasoning(mix)

  • 1 tbsp gochujjang
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp corn syrup (1 tbsp sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock (to taste)

How to Cook Tteokbokki

  • - Boil water until boiling, add rice cake, fish cake and seasoning. cook until the gravy is absorbed and taste test then add the anchovy fish powder mix well and serve
