Ingredients

  • 2 servings of cold rice
  • 50 gr talang salted fish (me: 30 gr), cut into small squares
  • 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 6 red onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 red curly chilies, sliced
  • 3 green curly chilies, sliced ​​(you can add cayenne pepper if you want it spicier)
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional if not salty enough)

How to make

  • 1. Heat cooking oil, fry the onions until golden brown, remove and drain.
  • 2. Enter the talang salted fish, fry using the used oil for frying the onions until golden brown, remove and set aside.
  • 3. Fry eggs, scrambled, add cold rice, and all other spices. (Leave a little fried onion for sprinkling)
  • 4. Stir and cook over high heat until well blended. Serve.
