How to make

  • 1. Blend mustard leaves & water, then strain. Take 100 ml of water.
  • 2. Stir in the flour and salt. Add little by little cooking oil, eggs & mustard juice, stir. The amount of liquid used depends on the moisture content of the flour. Stop giving the liquid if the dough is not sticky. Otherwise, add a little water if the dough is still a bit dry.
  • 3. Grind it with a noodle making machine. Sprinkle tapioca flour to prevent the noodles from sticking.
  • 4. Noodles can be stored in a closed container, stored in the refrigerator can last up to 5 days.
  • 5. The noodles are boiled first, then ready to be processed into various dishes.
