Shrimp Chicken Dumpling Ingredients

  • 300gr ground beef
  • 10 large prawns coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 chicken egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ngohiong seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt, pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch/ tapioca

How to Shrimp Chicken Dumplings

  • 1. Mix all the filling ingredients, mix well.
  • 2. Prepare the dumpling skin, put 1/2 tablespoon of the filling, then glue it with water.
  • 3. Boil the dumplings until cooked. Set aside.
