Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Pie Stuffing
– 2 spring onions, sliced
– 150 gr champignon mushrooms, diced
– 125gr grated cheddar cheese
– 2 tbsp powdered edam cheese
– 4 eggs, beaten off
– 50 ml of liquid milk
– 1 tsp mushroom broth
- salt, sugar and pepper to taste
– dry parsley for sprinkling
How to make :
– Stuffing: melt 1 tablespoon margarine, sauté leeks & mushrooms until soft. Turn off the fire
In a bowl, add the stir-fried mushrooms and the rest of the other ingredients. Stir well. Sishkan
- Mix all ingredients together. Mix well with the help of a pastry knife/fork until it becomes grainy. Flatten the pie crust, then round it. Store in a container, cover with plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Remove the pie dough from the refrigerator. Divide into 2 parts, take 1 part and place it in the middle of the pan and press "widen as big as the size of the pan that has been smeared with margarine before, then stab". Bake pie crust for 10 minutes. chill
After it cools down, give the filling, then sprinkle with dry parsley
- Bake the pie at 180'c for 20-25 minutes until golden yellow
