Sate Tofu

Ingredient

  • 10 tofu pong/skinned
  • 100 gr tapioca flour
  • 30 gr wheat flour
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 scallion thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced

Spread

  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to cook

  • 1. The water should come to a boil, mix with the ground spices and add a little to the flour mixture.
  • 2. After that, put the dough into the tofu pong, then steam it for 25-30 minutes until it is cooked
  • 3. Cut according to your taste, stab with satay and then spread it
  • 4. Bake / bake according to taste.
  • 5. Serve with peanut sauce, eaten directly is also delicious.
