Pepes Tofu Shrimp
Ingredients
- 6 pieces of small tofu uk 3×3
- Peeled shrimp
- 1 egg
- Basil
- Bay leaf
- Whole Raw Cayenne
- Salt, sugar, pepper, mushroom broth
Fine Material
- 6 bamer
- 4 baput
- 2 candlenuts
- 5 large red chilies
- Red bird's eye if it's not spicy enough
How to make
- 1. Mash the tofu, mix with ground spices, and salt etc. Taste.
- 2. Add eggs, mix well.
- 3. Wrap in banana leaves, with added basil, salam, cayenne, and shrimp.
- 4. Steam for 20 minutes.
- 5. Burn briefly. Serve.
